Me & Eragon

Hey everybody! Sorry, it has been so long since my last post! I've been very busy and haven't had a lot of extra time. Over the summer I'm working at a horse camp. I feel bad for Eragon because I haven't driven him since his cart got run over. 😕 Also, it's very warm and I don't think Eragon would really appreciate driving in this heat. I hope once it gets cooler out I'll be able to drive again. I hope your summer is going well!

My poor cart

Hello, everyone! I hope you are all having a great Spring. Just the other day my sister graduated from high school and I drove Eragon to her party. We hung out a bit and gave some people rides on the cart. Well, when I came back home I had to leave and go to a friends house. So I was hurrying to get Eragon unhooked from the cart. And somehow my cart ended up the driveway in all of the chaos and was left there. Well, long story short, my dad was coming home in his truck and was parking in the driveway. You know what happened next? It got hit and one of the shafts got run over and is now bent. So now I can't drive Eragon until I get that fixed. 😕 But thankfully I'm out of school and have a lot more free time. And speaking of free time, I am going to be volunteering at a horse farm this summer! I'm really excited to be going to just help out and be around lots of animals! I hope you all enjoy the rest of the Spring weather and make sure you do lots of fun things this summer! 🙂 Bye!

Eragon's Birthday

I know this is late (only by a day), but yesterday it was Eragon's 4th birthday! Sadly, I didn't do anything special like I did last year, but I did hang out with him and gave him a good brushing. I haven't been able to drive him lately because of school and being out of town, but now that it's almost summer I plan to be doing a lot more driving.
 I'm gonna try to do more posts, but we'll see how that goes. :)

Eragon & Butter Cup

Today I went for a drive with my mom and little sister to the park cause it was so warm out. As I was about to brush Eragon, our cat, Butter Cup, was trying to get on top of Eragon. I think she saw me "petting" Eragon and wanted to be pet too. 😊 Here is a picture of Eragon and Butter Cup.

So we went for our drive to the park and as I was about to tie Eragon up to the post about 30 people came up at once! I never even had time to tie him to the post. It was a lot of fun having all the kids feed him grass and pet a mini horse for the first time. And after our drive when we got home I gave Eragon a bath. He so soft now!

 I'm gonna try to put more pictures of Eragon here along with my posts. I need to do a photo shoot or something and put all the pics on here! I hope you all have a great Valentine's week!

Park Drive

The other day I went for a drive to the park with my dad running with me. Once we were reaching the park entrance, I started to run Eragon to beat my dad to the park. But my dad had a head start and won. 😊 As I was racing him (my dad) I was laughing at how close I was to catching up and winning. Meanwhile, my teeth had become frozen from the cold!😆 It was funny how cold it was that day and then it was really warm the next day!😃 Yesterday I drove to pick-up my little sister from school and poor Eragon...he had to run most of the way because we were going to be late. So he got a good workout. 😊

Driving to the Park

Hey, Everybody! I hope your January has been good. We just had a week of warm days and so I went for a drive. Eragon likes to go to the park, but he just loves driving there! So just the other day I drove him to the park after not being able to drive him for almost all of January! It was SO much fun! We drove there and at least 20 kids and 10 parents came up after I had "parked" Eragon. They were petting him, asking questions, and just looking at Eragon and the cart. 😉 On the way home, he always gets a sudden burst of energy because he knows that when we get home he gets to eat! What's funny is that every time we pass someone Eragon comes to a slow walk and almost a stop because he thinks he's gonna get pet. 😊
Well, I'll try to keep you updated on how Eragon is doing and what we're doing. I try to at least post once a month, sometimes I do more (most likely not 😊) or less. I hope you all have a great rest of January and beginning of February!

It's Snowing!!!

I woke up this morning to my little sister screaming "There is snow!". 😉 I can't wait to go out and enjoy the cold white snow! I'm thinking about hooking a sled to Eragon and go for a snow drive. 😊

And if we can get enough snow I'm gonna try to build a quinzee (which is like an igloo, but instead of snow/ice blocks you hollow out a pile of snow). Eragon can't wait to get out in the snow, he is super excited! It's still snowing so I think we'll have plenty of opportunities to go out and do snow activities. 😉

Yearly Wrap-up

Thing's I did in 2016

- I watched Ben-Hur, Rogue One, Finding Dory, Mission Impossible 3,4, and 5, Captain America: Civil War, and The Finest Hour. These are (obviously) only a few of the movies I saw this year. 😊

- I rang the Salvation Army bell.🔔
- I drove Eragon a lot. 😉
- I went to Canada 🍁 and I did a horse driving camp there.
- I went to Colorado, Kentucky, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and  West Virginia. We went to more states, but I can't remember all of them. 😊
- I went camping with my friends.
- I went on a 12-mile hike with my dad. . .and a bunch of boy scouts. 🙂
- I went rock climbing outdoors.
- I did school. 📚
- I sponsored a kid from India.
- I went to the hot springs in Canada.
- My family got a new cat.🐈😺
- We got seven chickens.🐔
We did a lot more stuff last year, but this is just a few things that I can remember. 😉

Thing's I want to do (or get) in 2017

- Drive Eragon (obviously😊).

- Do volleyball.

- Get over ten followers 😋 (i have three followers and one of them is me.😊)

- Put more pictures of Eragon on here. (i know I have said that I'll put more on, but I haven't gotten to it yet. You see I have a lot of pictures, I just haven't had the time to put them on here.😧)

- Go tubing at a lake. 

-  Learn more songs on the ukulele, and maybe the piano. 

- Learn how to play the x-box. (i know I know I should have already learned how to play, but I didn't😋)

- Go paragliding. 

- Get a new dog. (the dog we have now is really old and has never wanted to play.)🐕🐶

- Get my room clean. And keep it that way for as long as possible (which won't be very long 😉)
- Watch Beauty and the Beast! 

There is so many more things I want to do this year!

Winter Time!

Winter is here!

Hello! Winter is finally upon us! I love winter time because the air is cold and you can bundle up in a nice warm jacket and gloves. Plus it means it's almost Christmas time! And who doesn't like Christmas? Light on houses, Christmas trees, caroling, fires in a fireplace (or in my case a video on a TV because we don't have a fireplace :P ), snow, and of course the story of Jesus' birth. I also can't wait to get to drive Eragon in the cold weather and possibly in a light snow! I also enjoy winter because there are no bug! I can't wait to drive him even more now that it is getting colder! I'll keep you updated!

Thanksgiving!

It's crazy that it is almost Thanksgiving! I can't wait for it to snow! It's been getting pretty cold here, but it doesn't help that it is also windy. So for thanksgiving, my family and I are going to our cabin out in the woods. And I'm really excited because it's a lot of our family that will also be joining us for Thanksgiving! And we are (obviously) bringing Eragon, but since it's hunting season and we'll be in the woods, we had to get something to cover him so hunters wouldn't think he was a bear or deer or any other game animal. So we got a bunch of neon fabric and my sister made him a "suit of armor". He look's like one of these horses . . . except he is a lot shorter.😜

                                   

He even has the face mask! He looks super funny . . . which then makes him look really cute!😊 So I highly doubt that a hunter will mistake Eragon for any game animal.😉 What are you all doing for Thanksgiving? 

Fall is here!

I am so excited for fall! I love seeing the leaves turn and the crisp air in the mornings. I love how it's cool enough outside for a light jacket, but not so cold that you have to bundle up! :) But it is almost that time. . .the time of snow, hot cocoa, a warm fire, and a Christmas tree! I love Christmas time, but the middle of fall is definitely my favorite season when all the leaves start falling and the air gets cold. And I'm really excited to drive Eragon in this cool weather! His little fluffy coat is so soft and. . . .well fluffy! ;) I really hope to put a picture of Eragon on here soon (we'll see how that goes:)). I'll try to keep you updated!

Eragon's Home

Yay! Eragon is home now! I'm so happy to have him back! And even after two months away he still whinnies at me! :) I can't wait to go driving at the park and down town. I'll have to put a picture of him all hooked up to the cart on here soon! I'll keep you posted on when I go for drives and how Eragon is doing with driving! Bye!

Summer School Ending

Summer School almost over!

Wow. It's been weird not having to take care of Eragon! I miss hearing his little winnie every morning. But his training is almost over, just nine more days! I can't wait to see him again and put more pictures of him on here! Soon I'll be driving him all over town and have lots of pictures of him hooked up to the cart on here for you all to see!

Summer School

I'm so happy to be out of school! I'm super excited to spend more time with Eragon and teach him more tricks! Soon Eragon is going to go to "summer school" where he'll be taught how to pull a cart! I'm so excited to start driving him down the road and see what happens when people see that! If they think it's weird seeing a mini horse just walking down the street, I wounder what they'll do when they see him pulling a cart! I can't wait to put a picture of him hooked up to the cart on here!

Eragon's Birthday

Hey everyone, today is Eragon's 3rd birthday! I made him a horse carrot/oat cake and he loved it! Here is a picture of him after a long days work of eating grass. :)

Hey everyone! I hope you are all doing great. Eragon is his happy self and still full of energy! Lately I have been taking Eragon for walks all throughout the week to the park and just around the neighborhood and playing tag with him in the yard. Also I have been teaching him to rear (go on his back legs) and jump. Don't forget if you have any questions you can ask me through comments.
